What we keep, and why.

What we keep. Your name, your published business email address and your company.

Where it comes from. Public websites, such as your company's own site.

Why. To offer business-to-business introductions, for example to buyers that license operating records.

Opting out. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write to [email protected]. We stop within 10 business days.

Selling. We do not sell or rent contact data, or any other data.

What we keep. What you or your visitors send through forms on sites and project rooms we run: names, contact details, messages, answers and uploaded photos.

Where it goes. Submissions are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and emailed to the people who need them to do the work, such as the site owner or us.

Why. To build and run the site, answer enquiries and do the work you asked for. We don't use it for anything else.

Deleting it. Write to [email protected] and we delete it within 10 business days, unless we must keep it by law.

Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe keeps it under its own privacy policy.

What we keep. Your name, billing email, invoices and receipts, for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
