Small, working, and reviewed where it will live.
Four steps. The second one repeats until it is right.

Current reality first. What is wanted second. The gap between them is the brief.

Build, in rounds
A working version at a real address. Notes land on the page they are about.
-
The threshold. A structure that depends on one person has not been finished.
03Launch
Written down so that someone else could carry it.

Run it, or we do
Take it over, or leave it with us and hear only when it matters.
- a small site: one to three weeks, end to end
A working version first
The first thing you see is a working version at a real address, not a proposal. It is usually rough. It is also real, which makes it much easier to say what is wrong with it.
Review on the page
Every version lives at a private address you can open on your phone. You leave a note on the exact thing you mean, and it reaches the build as a precise instruction.
When something needs your decision, it is written as a plain question with answers to tap. The next version applies your answers and says what changed.
Built from few, well-understood parts
Pages, small functions, a place for requests to land, and alerts that carry only fixed wording. Nothing that needs a team to keep it alive.
After launch
Everything is written down so that someone else could carry it. Take it over, or leave it with us: we keep it running, and you hear only when something needs you.
Describe what you need. The reply comes from the person who would build it.
